GP TRAILERS WARRANTY
GP Trailers, Inc. warranties each new GP TRAILER against defects in the materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year starting from the date of purchase. GP TRAILERS shall repair or replace, without charge, any parts found to be defective due by workmanship or material imperfections, within a reasonable time. Any transportation expense from the trailer’s location to GP TRAILERS will be fully cover by the customer. All work must be authorized by GP TRAILERS prior to commencement.
Who is Covered
This Warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not extend to any other person to whom the trailer may be transferred. The warranty only covers personal use (individual’s own use or enjoyment) trailers, commercial use is excluded.
What is not Covered
Provisions of the warranty shall not apply to any product which is found to have been modified or altered in any way; nor shall the warranty apply to any defect or malfunction which was caused by damage, unreasonable use, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. The warranty will not cover damage caused by overloading the trailer beyond stated capacities, or the use of improperly installed weight distribution hitches in conjunction with hydraulic surge brakes. Additionally, due to the highly corrosive conditions a trailer is exposed to, rust formation is not covered.
This Warranty does not cover winches, lights, couplers, brakes, tongue jacks, springs, axles, tires or wheels, as these items are warranted separately by their manufacturers.
Other Limitations
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE-YEAR DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY.
GP TRAILERS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty is validated by the submission of the Warranty Registration form included with the customer’s packet.
Payment Policy
NO CHARGEBACKS.
Customer agrees and understands that the charges done to the customer’s debit/credit card through GP TRAILERS (either in-store or phone purchases) are irrevocable, undisputable and may not be charged back, contested, or challenged now or in the future. In any case, customer must contact GP TRAILERS and explain the reason of the intended return and it will be subject to evaluation.
Return & Refund Policy
RETURNS
All items must be returned within 5 days from date of purchase.
Original receipt is required for all returns.
All merchandise must be returned in the original condition and the original packaging.
REFUNDS
Credit card- return amount will be credited to the original credit card only; customer must present the card used for the purchase at the time of the return.
Cash sale-cash refunds will only be allowed at the store in the same day of the purchase; otherwise, refunds will be processed as a check request and could take up to 7 business days for the refund to be effective.
RECEIPT OF REFUND
Electrical items – do not apply for a return or refund.
Warranty/product defect returns—all merchandise must be returned within manufacturer’s stated warranty period with the original receipt. Merchandise will be exchanged only; it does not apply for refunds.
RETURN POLICY FOR NON-STOCK AND SPECIAL-ORDER
Non-stock or special-order merchandise will not a apply for neither returns nor refunds. A 100% non-refundable deposit is required.
RETURN POLICY FOR TRAILERS
Trailers do not apply for returns nor refunds. All sales are final.
SALES POLICY FOR TRAILERS
50% downpayment to start the order and final balance at the pick up of the trailer.
Payment methods are Wire, ACH, zelle, cash or check. In case of checks the trailer will be released once the amount is confirmed as available at company’s bank account.
Leadtime agreed is a reference and GP TRAILERS is committed to accomplish, however delays due to suppliers/ weather conditions are out of control of the company and they will be notified to the customer.
Customer will be notified when the trailer is ready to pick up to and 4 days free-storage will be granted accordingly to space availabilty in the warehouse. After this period a $40 / daily rate will be charged to the customer. Maxium period is 2 week after that GP TRAILES will consider the order as cancelled for NO-show.
Cancellations and 100% return of downpaymet will be agreed only if GP TRAILERS hasn’t inccour on parts purchasing.
Cancellations made once the trailer is under production will not receive a refund.
Cancellations/ No show made once the trailer is assembled will not receive a refund.
Absolutely no returns accepted on trailers. All sales are final.
